i thought i would start with explaining the inspiration behind my blogs name. not only is it a virtual paperweight for any ideas i have or beautiful and interesting things i come across, its meaning is deeper. my late great grandmother, alice myrl rose, gave me this beautiful paperweight of hers and it has become one of my most treasured items. i feel as though i inherited my love for creativity from my “gran”, and this is a testament to her contributions of beauty to the world.
